Banking & Commercial Loan Processing Clerk, Sr. performs administrative tasks for commercial loan processing. Coordinates with lenders, customers, and external vendors to collect and prepare all required documentation for closings. Being a Banking & Commercial Loan Processing Clerk, Sr. ensures that loan packages are complete, and documentation correctly prepared within required timelines. Inputs and maintains all required transaction and processing records according to procedures. Additionally, Banking & Commercial Loan Processing Clerk, Sr. responds to inquiries. Prepares required regulatory reporting. May require an associate degree. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Banking & Commercial Loan Processing Clerk, Sr. works under moderate supervision. Gaining or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline. To be a Banking & Commercial Loan Processing Clerk, Sr. typically requires 1-3 years of related experience. 1. Onboard customers for customer, small business and corporate online banking, bill pay& mobile banking.
2. Fulfill maintenance requests for products onboarded.
3. Respond to inquiries concerning products onboarded, internal and external.
4. Assist customers with Zelle issues.
5. Knowledge of Quicken, QuikBooks and other financial software applications to answer customer questions and resolve issues pertaining to importing and exporting data.
6. Requires good written and oral communication skills.
7. Proficient knowledge of word and excel.
8. Answers phone calls to assist customers with other miscellaneous issues and research errors.
9. Assist Electronic Banking Officer with extra duties as deemed necessary.
10. Maintains confidentiality at ALL times!!!!
11. And, as directed, may perform other duties from time to time.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
