Banking & Commercial Loan Processing Manager assists in the management of the loan processing operations team that originates, processes, and closes various types of loans. Implements processes and procedures to maintain accuracy and completeness of required documentation. Being a Banking & Commercial Loan Processing Manager monitors achievement of operating performance metrics and standards for speed, quality, and customer service. Develops solutions to resolve operational issues. Additionally, Banking & Commercial Loan Processing Manager oversees the preparation of reporting for internal departments and external agencies. Coordinates audit requests and processes. Develops training and communication mechanisms that inform the team of regulatory requirements and updates. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Banking & Commercial Loan Processing Manager supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be a Banking & Commercial Loan Processing Manager typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Field Reimbursement Manager

    You are an expert facilitator: you open doors, foster communication, and bridge the gap.

    In this role, you will operate as the subject-matter expert on reimbursement, access, and coverage issues affecting the clients product. Educate HCPs and their staff on matters related to reimbursement, access and coverage to facilitate appropriate patient access. You will:

    • Analyze access/reimbursement issues and opportunities
    • Provide access/reimbursement education to field teams
    • Coordinate on access/reimbursement issues with third parties including hubs
    • Support patient access to the products by providing subject matter expertise on reimbursement issues that may be barriers to product access

    Essential Requirements:

    • BS/BA degree
    • Minimum 5 years' in field reimbursement, field sales, payer marketing, patient support programs and/or reimbursement hub programs
    • Extensive knowledge of payer and health systems
    • Must live within territory or within territory boundaries.

    Desired Requirements:

    • Advanced degree
    • Knowledge of specialty pharmacy dynamics, buy and bill process and Medicare Parts A, B, C and D, as well as Medicaid and Commercial Payers
    • Demonstrated ability to educate offices on access and reimbursement processes
    • Exhibit competent understanding of hub activities

    The annual base salary for this position ranges from $157,000 to $165,000. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidates qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include a company car or car allowance and eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and / or individual performance.
