Banking & Commercial Loan Processing Manager assists in the management of the loan processing operations team that originates, processes, and closes various types of loans. Implements processes and procedures to maintain accuracy and completeness of required documentation. Being a Banking & Commercial Loan Processing Manager monitors achievement of operating performance metrics and standards for speed, quality, and customer service. Develops solutions to resolve operational issues. Additionally, Banking & Commercial Loan Processing Manager oversees the preparation of reporting for internal departments and external agencies. Coordinates audit requests and processes. Develops training and communication mechanisms that inform the team of regulatory requirements and updates. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Banking & Commercial Loan Processing Manager supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be a Banking & Commercial Loan Processing Manager typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor.     We're looking for a Banking Transformation Manager to join our team and help us deliver exceptional value to our clients. As an ideal candidate you have 5 to 8 years of relevant experience and knowledge in open banking to open finance landscape, PSD2 and its amendments, and PSD3. You are able to do gap analysis and make banks ready for PSD3, as well as have knowledge about FIDA in terms of open finance.

    What will you be doing?

    • Conduct gap analysis and prepare financial institutions for PSD3
    • Provide expertise and knowledge in open banking to open finance landscape, PSD2 and its amendments, and FIDA regulation in terms of open finance
    • Develop innovative strategies and solutions to help financial institutions transition to digital, cashless future
    • Provide insight on trends and experience with instant payments and payment engines
    • Adopt new payment methods (EPI) and prepare financial institutions for the digital euro
    • service offerings to compete and collaborate with fintechs
    • Lead projects and change management activities
    • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior consultants on the assignments
    • Work collaboratively with clients to identify and analyse complex business challenges and opportunities
    • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends
    • Conduct API integration and cloud computing
    • Utilise DevOps and Agile methodologies to develop solutions
    • Apply machine learning and artificial intelligence to financial data
    • Incorporate robotic process automation into operational processes
    • Explore blockchain technology and its impact on financial institutions
    • Ensure cybersecurity measures are in place to protect sensitive data
    • Analyse data using data analytics and data visualisation tools

    • Have 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in banking, consulting, or related industry
    • Possess strong knowledge and experience in open banking to open finance landscape, PSD2 and its amendments, and PSD3
    • Have experience in conducting gap analysis and making banks ready for PSD3
    • Have strong knowledge and experience in FIDA regulation in terms of open finance and its impact on financial institutions
    • Gathered experience with the future of digital, cashless future, and trends in instant payments and payment engines
    • Have knowledge of new payment methods (EPI) and preparing financial institutions for the digital euro
    • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Can work collaboratively with clients and internal teams
    • Have strong leadership and project management skills

    You have Dutch or French as your native language, have very good proficiency in the other and are fluent in English..
