Banking & Commercial Loan Processing Manager assists in the management of the loan processing operations team that originates, processes, and closes various types of loans. Implements processes and procedures to maintain accuracy and completeness of required documentation. Being a Banking & Commercial Loan Processing Manager monitors achievement of operating performance metrics and standards for speed, quality, and customer service. Develops solutions to resolve operational issues. Additionally, Banking & Commercial Loan Processing Manager oversees the preparation of reporting for internal departments and external agencies. Coordinates audit requests and processes. Develops training and communication mechanisms that inform the team of regulatory requirements and updates. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Banking & Commercial Loan Processing Manager supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department.   • POSITION SUMMARY:

    This position requires a results-driven individual with Sales experience with abilities to manage an in-house sales team and customer relationships as well as logistics planning and support. Must be able to cross-function across departments to include Operations, Quality, Finance and Supply Chain.


    ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

    • Appropriately manage the underlying activities needed to achieve or exceed margin and profitability goals
    • Provide input to the development of strategic sales plans that reflect the company's business strategy to advance market share and achieve profitable growth
    • Develop positive relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements; focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volumes; establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with new/current clients and generate new business for the ongoing growth of the company
    • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (both internal and external) to ensure customers’ requirements are met on time and within scope
    • Manages personnel of the Graphics Design department
    • Develops and ensures department policies are being applied accurately and consistently and supports the Company policies and procedures/assures the consistent application of Company policies
    • Monitor product import or export processes to ensure compliance with regulatory or legal requirements
    • Engage with finance partners to drive P&L and business data analysis to make and execute strategic decisions
    • Determine most efficient and economical routing for outbound shipment
    • Manage and report on defined sales KPI’s to include continuous monitoring

    EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

    • Required – Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, Supply Chain or related field; in lieu of Bachelor’s Degree, minimum 4 years’ experience in a leadership role serving in manufacturing plus the required years of experience listed below
    • 7-10 years’ experience required within manufacturing
    • 5 years’ experience required in a managerial role
    • Project management experience
    • Demonstrated ability to manage a 24-hour / 7-day week continuous operation
    • More than 5 years relevant experience in sales and/or supply chain industries, preferred

    GENERAL SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

    • Exceptional knowledge of the logistics industry and global freight forwarding aspects
    • Excellent leadership, influencing, organization, communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills
    • Prefer data collection and analysis experience in a high volume automated manufacturing environment
    • Strong business networking acumen – development and leveraging relationships as primary means of building sales pipeline; proven track record of sales achievement; must possess aggressive closing skills to overcome obstacles during sales cycle; must have a proven ability to solicit new customers and meet specific revenue targets
    • Proven understanding of BOMs, manufacturability, process design, process validation, assembly methods, design reviews and cost reduction methodologies
    • Innovative leader with the ability to identify opportunities and influence organizations to gain support and overcome resistance with data and persuasion, while also delivering independent results; strong ability to persuade, motivate and influence others
    • Capable of identifying critical process parameters and applying statistics to process measurement and control
    • Strong organizational skills and proven ability to maintain accurate, detailed records that will be audited periodically, process/detail-oriented, superior presentation verbal and written skills, ability to prioritize, multi-task and manage time effectively
    • Deliver against profitability and growth targets
    • Adapt quickly in an ever-changing environment
    • Understanding manufacturing processes
    • Must be able to identify and execute improvement opportunities through both process improvements and system improvements
    • Ability to take ownership and responsibility with little direction

    • Preference will be given to qualified local candidates

    SOFTWARE/COMPUTER SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

    • Intermediate level of knowledge in basic hardware and software using of a variety of different computer operating systems such as Microsoft Office Work, Excel, OneNote, PowerPoint, Visio, Google Workspace, Outlook/Gmail and web-site software required
    • Has the ability to learn new software systems and data management systems quickly
    • Proficient keyboarding and typing skills

    Monday-Friday 8am-5pm; present to fulfill job duties & meet operational demands/support; schedule may vary depending on plant operational needs thus flexibility is required which could include long days, occasional evening & weekends; minimal travel for business meetings or trainings may be required; Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of this position
