The Joseph "Eddie" Ballard Western Kentucky Veterans Center is a 156 bed long term care facility located in beautiful Hanson, Kentucky that is committed to serving Kentucky’s Veterans by fostering independence, preserving dignity and providing compassionate care.
We are currently seeking a self-motivated, energetic individual for the position of Mechanical Maintenance & Operations Manager. The ideal candidate will work within a team-centered environment to meet our commitment to serving Kentucky's Veterans
Key Responsibilities:
- Develops, assigns, supervises, and ensures completion of all corrective and preventive maintenance activities on mechanical, electrical, HVAC and plumbing systems.
- Assigns, supervises, and ensures completion of all building, grounds, and lawn maintenance.
- Perform emergency repairs to critical and resident support systems.
- Daily supervision of the maintenance department.
- Consults with management and provides advice concerning operations.
