Hiring: Banking Services Operations Associate

Description:

Assist in monitoring daily departmental workflow and may provide staff support via signing and verifying official check requests and general ledger entries.

Research and resolve complex customer issues.

Participate in project, process improvement initiatives.

Interact with vendors for problem resolution.

Guide or assist others in interpretation of legal and bank documents for internal processing.

Responsible for multiple system, business and product lines.

Participate on a limited basis in corporate compliance and legal matters regarding customer issues.

Interact with internal partners and management for procedural issues.

Perform other duties as requested by management.
