Banking Operations Director jobs in Philadelphia, PA

The successful applicant will report to the Division Director. They will be responsible for providing leadership and direction across the program operations of the division. It will include overall management of the program operations policies and procedures with particular emphasis in the area of long range planning, program development, program monitoring and evaluation. They will maintain and support the implementation of treatment interventions, which are cognitive/behavioral in design. Only those applicants with a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree should apply. The successful applicant will have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a human service field with at least ten years senior supervisory/administrative experience, master's degree preferred. The position requires demonstrated ability of budget development and management, advocacy, resource development, community and public relations, experience with diverse client groups and service approaches, and personnel management. Research skills are highly desirable. The successful applicant must be strategic-minded, have excellent oral and written communications and organization skills.
