Bankruptcy Specialist jobs in Orange, CA

Robert Half Legal is partnering with a national law firm, seeking a Legal Administrative Assistant in their corporate restructuring/bankruptcy practice group.

Please do not apply without bankruptcy AND civil litigation experience. Knowledge of the respective court rules cannot be trained.

This Legal Administrative Assistant will be responsible for the following:

• Handle court filings in CA Superior Court and Bankruptcy court, and work with attorney services
• Calendar litigation deadlines and attorney hearing dates
• Manage and open case files
• Organize documents and exhibits
• Record billable and unbillable time
