Bankruptcy Specialist jobs in Virginia Beach, VA
Bankruptcy Specialist is responsible for the documentation and filing of loan bankruptcy materials with the appropriate attorneys. Ensures full compliance with loan bankruptcy regulations. Being a Bankruptcy Specialist monitors accounts throughout the loan bankruptcy process and contacts appropriate party when necessary. Verifies the bankruptcy is secured and acquires a copy of the proposed Chapter 13 Plan on all secured accounts. Additionally, Bankruptcy Specialist captures Chapter 7 reaffirmation agreements to management for approval. Distributes account balances and interest rates to the secured and unsecured balances. Stays current with changing state specific bankruptcy laws. Typically requires a bachelor's degree or its equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Bankruptcy Specialist works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. Work is closely managed. To be a Bankruptcy Specialist typically requires 0-2 years of related experience. SPECIALIST
Crisis Specialist Position Summary : The Crisis Specialist is responsible for coordinating follow-ups with clients referring to treatment and developing a network of community crisis support.
You work 36 hours
but we will pay you for 40 hours.Also hiring part-time no health benefits $20.00 an hour!
Job Responsibilities : Maintain total confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA law, CARF accreditation standards and Maryland State Regulations.
Carry out the Crisis Stabilization Plan developed by the treatment team.Carry out triage on emergency mental health calls for agency on call system.
Complete all required documentation and reports in a timely fashion.
Qualifications, Education and Experience : Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.Current CPR and First AidFull valid driver's license and safe driving record is required.
Formal training or significant experience in crisis interventions.Experience with conflict resolution and de-escalating techniques.
