Under general direction from the Food & Beverage Supervisor and/or Food and Beverage Manager, prepares and serves cocktails and other beverages to customers or prepares for wait staff, in a prompt, courteous and professional manner. Ensures customers meet age requirements for the purchase of alcohol and tobacco products.
High School Diploma or GED plus six months to one year experience as a bartender. Must be twenty-one years (21) of age. Must meet all knowledge, skills and abilities. No felony, theft or stealing convictions. Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen, background investigation, obtain and maintain gaming license. Navajo preference.
