Provide warm personalized service, while demonstrating leadership and teamwork to all Team Members.
-Maintain a clean and organized bar, proper set up of pouring station and pars on all items.
-Recognize and correctly make a variety of beverages, adhere to recipes, use pouring portions and prices, use proper glassware and proper wine service.
-Establish accurate and proper cash handling procedures, using cash bank, cash register, and cash drop.
-Communicate and promote co-worker and Guest relations, maintain professionalism while working with beverage team, Slot, Stewarding and Engineering Departments.
-Knowledge of various work related equipment such as Blender, Glasswasher, Beer Taps and pouring gun if available.
-Practice and observe safety rules and regulations and ensure Team Members reporting to you do so as well. Ensure your areas comply with Board of Health Standards and Regulations as well as current CDC guidelines.
