As a Bartender at Cantina & Tacos, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our customers' dining experience by crafting exceptional beverages and providing excellent service.

You will work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, ensuring that our guests have a memorable and enjoyable time.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to :

• Greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanor, take orders accurately, and provide helpful information about the menu items.
• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beers, and wines, with precision and creativity.
• Provide friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable service to guests. Engage with customers, take drink orders, and offer recommendations based on preferences.
• Possess a deep knowledge of drink recipes, ingredients, and techniques. Create and present signature cocktails with consistency and flair.
• Handle cash and process payments accurately. Keep an organized record of transactions and provide correct change.
• Monitor and manage bar inventory, including ordering supplies and restocking as needed. Track and report any discrepancies.
• Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Adhere to all relevant laws and regulations regarding the sale and service of alcoholic beverages. Verify the age of customers and refuse service to underage or intoxicated individuals.
• Food Preparation : Prepare and assemble food items according to company standards, ensuring that all orders are served fresh and in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms. Follow sanitation and food safety guidelines.
• Assist in stocking and maintaining inventory levels for food, beverages, and supplies. Notify management when supplies are running low.
• Listen to customer feedback and address any concerns or complaints in a professional and courteous manner. Report feedback to supervisors for improvement.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety standards at all times.
