We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by preparing and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Along with following Washington States liquior laws.
Duties:
- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take drink orders from customers and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including restocking supplies as needed
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any concerns or complaints
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of various alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including brewing techniques
- Proficient in using Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems
- Ability to handle cash transactions and operate a cash register
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
- Experience in banquet or catering settings is a plus
- Basic understanding of retail math for calculating bills and making change
