    The Role:
    As a Banquet Captain, you will lead our Banquets team in providing an exceptional experience for our clients and guests, ensuring they are eager to return and confident in recommending our services to others.

    What You'll Do:
    • Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications, including arranging tables, chairs, linens, and decorations.
    • Greet guests upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements as needed.
    • Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and courteous manner, following established service standards, including strict adherence to state alcohol regulations.
    • Clear tables and remove used dishes, utensils, and glassware throughout the event.
    • Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to any requests or concerns.
    • Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
    • Set up, monitor, refresh and breakdown coffee breaks, receptions and buffet tables for specified functions according to group requirements and departmental standards.
    • Assist with event cleanup and breakdown tasks, including clearing tables, removing linens, and resetting the room for the next event.
    • Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines, including proper handling of food and beverages.
    • Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet areas and equipment.

    • You are capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds, standing for extended periods, climbing step stools, and working under various environmental conditions, including heat and sun exposure.
    • You have strong leadership experience, especially in the world of banquets.
