Requirements:- Previous experience in banquet or event management
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Knowledge of food and beverage service and etiquette
