Job Title: Banquet Captain
Our hotel is seeking a skilled Banquet Captain to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 6 months to 1 year of experience in banquets and hotel services, with a strong background in banquet service.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate all aspects of banquet service, including set-up, execution, and breakdown
- Ensure that all guests receive exceptional service and that all events run smoothly
- Train and supervise banquet staff to ensure that they are providing high-quality service
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure that their needs are met and that their events are successful
- Maintain a clean and organized banquet area, ensuring that all equipment is properly stored and maintained
Requirements
Requirements:
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in banquets and hotel services
- Banquet service experience is required
- GED/Diploma is required
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional service to guests
