Part Time Position
Under the Direction of the Banquet Management team, The Banquet Captain will Oversee and coordinate the planning, organizing and leadership necessary to achieve stated objectives in guest service & satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness and sanitation. Needs to be able to oversee functions and have the ability to read BEO’s. Must be able to work with Catering and Culinary to ensure all events are executed at a high level to ensure we meet the client’s expectations. This part time position will have mandatory Holidays and Saturdays throughout the busy season. Must be Alcohol Certified to serve Alcohol. Must be 18 years of age.
