Job Summary:
The Banquet Captain supervises and coordinates all Associates working a Banquet or Catering event, and is knowledgeable in the function, service, and F&B offerings for the event. Banquet Captain will manage and guide all pre-event, during, and post-event assignments including but not limited to opening tasks, table sections, buffet assignments, and closing assignments. Banquet Captain will be the liaison between the Event/Group's Contact(s) and Banquet/Catering operation to meet guest/event satisfaction.
