Job Summary:
The Banquet Server at Mohican Lodge in Perrysville, Ohio will be responsible for providing exceptional service to guests during banquets and events. This is a full-time or part time individual contributor role in the hospitality/restaurant industry. The Banquet Server will be paid a salary of $12 per hour on a biweekly basis plus banquet service charge tip.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and guide them to their designated tables
- Take food and beverage orders and serve them to guests in a timely and efficient manner - Setup buffet tables and maintain during each event
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness and presentation of banquet areas
- Respond to guest requests and ensure their satisfaction with service
- Assist with the breakdown and cleanup of banquet rooms after events
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a server in a banquet or restaurant setting preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
- Adherence to Mohican Lodge's dress code and grooming standards
- Must be able to pass a background check
