Banquet Chef - Casino jobs in Fargo, ND

City Brew Hall is a busy restaurant and event center in a beautifully renovated historic building in downtown Wahpeton. We are looking for someone to assist our Banquet Chef with various events. Our ideal candidate would be organized, have excellent time management skills and a good eye for detail. Previous culinary experience preferred but we are willing to train the right person. Some of the job responsibilities would be setting up our catering kitchen, turning on ovens, setting up buffets, plating food, cleaning, organizing, dishes & some event clean up. The majority of the hours for this position would be Friday and Saturday evenings - average of 8-12 hours per week. This job could be combined with another position if more or full time hours are desired.
