Duties:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute all banquet events and wedding events
- Manage food preparation, service, and presentation
- Supervise banquet staff to deliver exceptional customer service
- Conduct inventory control and order supplies as needed
- Interview, hire, and train banquet personnel
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to create menus and recipes

Experience:
- Previous experience in culinary arts or food service management
- Proven track record in supervising and leading teams
- Strong customer service skills
- Familiarity with inventory control procedures
- Knowledge of restaurant management practices
