Working in one of our restaurants requires the ability to provide the highest level of customer service at all times in every circumstance. This includes each of the following:
1. Developing and maintaining positive relations with all customers and employees.
2. Answering questions about the restaurant, the menu and about casino operations completely and accurately.
3. Consistently providing a positive image to all customers and employees.
4. Performing all duties in compliance with all safety standards, all health standards, all internal policies and procedures, and in compliance with the Colorado Limited Gaming Act.
5. Reporting to work on time as scheduled and ready to work. Wears and maintains uniform properly. (Must wear gaming license if in possession of one.)
6. Maintains a general awareness of overall restaurant operations at all times. Alerts supervisor immediately of any concerns regarding the quality, selection and variety of all food and beverage.
7. Within the realm of the responsibility of the job, maintains a clean and safe work environment including identifying any unsafe practices or conditions and informing their supervisor or the Safety Committee of any unsafe conditions as directed.
8. Complies with established security policies and procedures and follows established security protocols to ensure the restaurant environment is safe at all times.
9. When appropriate assists with cleaning tables and other responsibilities as directed.
10. Ensure all side work is complete as assigned.
12. Performs other duties, including special projects, as needed and directed.
$11.40 per hour based on experience gratuities
