The Bohlin is looking for a Banquet Manager to join the team.

About the Position:In the Banquet Manager role, you will actively oversee and execute luxury events at The Bohlin.
About You: You are passionate, energetic and to whom pleasing and impressing guests comes naturally
Essential Duties:
- Attend event planning meetings, fully digest event planning and execution standards
- Delegate and participate in event service from set-up through break-down
- Receive and verify rental orders, set up events according to floorplan
- Work as a team with the culinary and sales
- Ensure event spaces are clean, orderly, and secure after each function

Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Experience with banquet service and set-up required minimum 2 seasons
- Prior leadership experience required, minimum 2 seasons
- Must have flexible schedule to work during days, nights, weekends, and some holidays as needed
Skills & Abilities:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift and move 25-50 pounds
- Be collaborative, using a team approach to creating an equitable workplace environment and have respectful working relationships
