• Required | Valid WA Class 12/13 Alcohol Server Permit (within 60 days after hire)
• Required | Thursday - Saturday availability

• Desirable | Prior Banquet Bartender experience

Banquet Bartenders are responsible for running their bar for banqueted events. They are an essential piece of making events- and memories- special. As a Banquet Bartender, you'll set up and breakdown your bar and serve a selection of delicious hand-crafted cocktails as well as beer and wine for guests. You will:

• Take beverage orders from guests and servers, mix cocktails, pour beer, wine, and all other beverages on the bar.
• Set-up & the breakdown the banquet bar (tables, garnishes, mixers, glassware, utensils, beverages, ice, garbage can, tray, etc.).
• Be accountable for all beverages received and noted on the banquet consumption sheet.
• Maintain a clean work area (banquet bars, bar tables, banquet liquor room and fridge).
• Be responsible for all cash received on cash bars as well as the bank.
• Be on the floor ready to go in proper uniform at the specified time.
• Control the environment, follow proper procedures, manage intoxicated guests, understanding when it is required to stop serving a guest and handling every situation professionally.

Physical Demands & Work Environment

• Physical Demands. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee is regularly required to stand for extended periods; walk; climb stairs, use hands to handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and stoop, kneel, bend and twist, push and pull, or crouch. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distance and peripheral vision. May require sustained visual and mental concentration.
• Work Environment. May be indoor or outdoor depending on the outlet. Varied weather conditions are expected. The position experiences moderate level of noise in the work environment. May work with general cleaning chemicals and should follow safety requirements for their use.
