Additionally, Banquet Manager typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Banquet Manager supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Banquet Bartenders will follow through with the proper and timely set-up and execution of banquet bar; including but not limited to weddings, award ceremonies, conferences, cocktail receptions, and different types of meals. Set up includes; bars, liquor, wines, beers and non-alcoholic drinks. Maintain a high degree of professionalism. Maintain all equipment and facilities in an organized, clean, safe environment. |
General Responsibilities
· Delivering Alcoholic and Non-alcoholic drinks for service to your customers table. · Properly open and pour wine at the tableside. · Performing basic cleaning tasks as needed or directed by Banquet Manager on duty. · Greet all guests and owners warmly with an appropriate greeting. · Adhere to grooming and appearance standards consistently. · Understands and can communicate products and services available at the resort. · Demonstrates S.E.E. (Smile, Eye Contact, and Engage) daily. · Comply with all policies and procedures set forth by the property Employee Handbook. · Perform all other duties as assigned. |

Job Qualifications Education: · High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Experience/Skills:
· 1 year Bartending experience. · Excellent oral communication skills required. · Positive interpersonal skills required. · Must speak English fluently and be able to write in basic English. · Ability to lift heavy objects.
