Experience:
- Previous experience in team management within the food service industry, preferably in a hotel or banquet setting
- Strong knowledge of banquet operations, including set-up, service, and breakdown procedures
- Familiarity with catering and bartending practices
- Excellent interviewing and hiring skills to build a competent banquet team
- Proficient in food handling and production techniques
