We are seeking an engaging Banquet Captain to oversee the banquet service staff, assign specific tasks or services, ensure that safety and sanitation codes are followed, and train staff to five-star standards. This individual will also work closely with food and beverage managers and coordinates with kitchen leadership to get details of the menu, and food preparation activities. Will examine the cleanliness of the venue prior to, during and after a function, and respond to questions, complaints, or comments that may arise. Will also be responsible for supervising cleanup, inventory, and storage of supplies and equipment.
