Job Summary :

SGA Lists is a premier hospitality staffing firm. We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a catering server for a corporate company.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for providing excellent service to Guests.

Responsibilities :

• Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
• Assist customers in making menu choices and provide information about products.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate orders and ensure timely service.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the menu, including ingredients and nutritional information.
• Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a clean and sanitary work environment.
• Replenish stock and keep track of inventory levels.
• Collaborate with team members to provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of previous serving experience.
• Strong numerical and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills for processing transactions.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices is a plus.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
