- Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet areas
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures

Requirements:
- Previous experience in banquet or catering service is preferred but not required
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide excellent hospitality
- Ability to handle food safely and adhere to food handling guidelines
- Knowledge of proper table setting and service techniques
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be a team player and work well with others
