Summary: The Banquet Staff plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and successful execution of banquet events, by providing exceptional service to guests. This position involves serving, bussing, set up and breakdown of events and other duties as assigned.

· Customer Service
o Provide excellent hospitality service to clients and event attendees.
o Ensure guests receive exceptional service throughout their banquet experience.
o Address any guest concerns or requests promptly and professionally.
· Communication
o Maintain open and effective communication with management and co-workers to ensure seamless coordination of events and timely resolution of issues.
· Preparedness:
o Knowledge of menu for each event and any dietary restrictions, i.e.: gluten free, dairy free, etc.
o Participate in setup and breakdown of banquet rooms, including arranging tables, chairs, linens, décor, and audiovisual equipment according to event specifications.
· Compliance and Safety:
o Ensure compliance with health, safety, ABCAA, and sanitation regulations in all banquet operations. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in banquet areas, including proper handling of food and beverages.
· Other duties as assigned.
