Union Station is currently seeking banquet servers to join our team!

Located in downtown Northampton, Union Station is a historic renovated former train station and beacon of hospitality featuring three restaurants renowned as valley hot spots, a grand ballroom, and other event spaces, offering full service on-site & offsite catering . We serve a high volume of diverse clientele and are seeking a qualified, personable, ROCKSTAR professional to join our hospitality team!

The ideal candidate for this position will be:

- Experienced in hospitality, with a personality and attitude to match

- Professional & cordial

- Demonstrates an understanding of hospitality, anticipation of guest needs, & providing guest service

- Passionate about providing exceptional service in a high volume setting- maintaining speed, attention to detail, and an affable demeanor at a prompt pace

- An exceptional communicator

- Self aware and able to work within a team as well as individually

- Have a detailed resume including proven experience serving in a banquet setting

- Serve responsibly in accordance with Massachusetts law, and Union Station policies.
