Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Set up banquet function areas with table linens, tableware, and centerpieces.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages to banquet guests.
• Clear dishes and items used during banquet service, ensuring proper storage.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of work areas.
• Adhere to OHM and hotel brand standards, policies, and regulations.
• Assist with pre-banquet preparations and post-event cleanup.
• Provide friendly and attentive service, greeting guests warmly.
• Embrace company culture initiatives including O’Reach and Green Team.

Requirements:

• High school diploma/GED.
• 1 year of hospitality or banquet experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve effectively.
• Pleasant demeanor and neat appearance.
