Summary:

Take food orders from guests according to set procedures as well as act as a property host.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Take food and beverage orders from guests and serve in a proper and courteous manner.
• Ensure all orders are properly rung up on the Point of Sales computer.
• Ensure completion of side work.
• Provide outstanding customer service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one (1) year of experience as a server in a large volume bar/restaurant.
• Tray service/handling experience preferred.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age; exception – Moon Shadow Grill must be at least 21 years of age.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company.
• Verify right to work in the United States.
