Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled & Professional Banquet Server to join our team. As a Banquet Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service during banquets, events, and functions. Your role will involve serving food and beverages, setting up and breaking down banquet rooms, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

- Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications, including tables, chairs, linens, and decorations

- Greet guests and assist with seating arrangements

- Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly

- Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and courteous manner

- Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any concerns or requests

- Clear tables and clean banquet rooms after events

- Assist with event coordination and ensure smooth operations

- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures

Experience:

- Previous experience in food service, preferably in a hotel or catering setting

- Knowledge of bartending techniques is a plus

- Familiarity with food handling regulations and safety standards

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide exceptional guest experiences

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
