Duties:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide recommendations on menu items and specials
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on them throughout their dining experience
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared correctly
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness of the dining area
Skills:
- Strong hospitality skills with a focus on providing excellent guest service
- Knowledge of culinary terms and menu items to effectively communicate with guests
- Sales skills to upsell menu items and promote specials
- Familiarity with restaurant operations, including using point of sales system
Note: Previous experience as a server is preferred but not required. Training will be provided for candidates who demonstrate a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
