The Publick House Historical Inn is currently seeking to hire Banquet Room Set Up/Ceremony Site Set Up/Tent Steward persons to join our team. If you have a positive attitude, know how to have fun and a strong work ethic we may be the place for you. We are looking for individuals that are reliable, dependable and hard working. This is an entry level position that can become and opportunity to learn and grow within the Banquet department. This position requires that you are able to work days, nights/overnights, weekdays, weekends, and all holidays are mandatory. Position Requirements include: the ability to read and interpret Banquet Event Order sheets, setting rooms and event spaces accordingly to directions, basic English language communication skills; and the ability to carry large, heavy trays and crates on a continuous basis throughout the shift; rolling tables and chairs to event space, ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Stand for long periods of time. Must demonstrate a guest oriented and friendly demeanor.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
