Salary Range: $65,000 - $70,000 Annually

- Know the status of every job in your shop and ensure the customer and the store manager know the status of the repair before they contact you for an update.
- Manage a culture of trust between Belkorp Ag customers and the Service team.
- Ensure that your shop is meticulously clean and professional in appearance.
- Maintain service department efficiencies and an average store labor performance rate of 80%.
- Monitor individual and overall Service department performance relative to labor sales and expense control in line with the company’s objectives.
- Lead by example driving Belkorp Ag’s values, vision, and mission within Service.
- Maintain current knowledge of John Deere and competitive products.
- Monitors and timely communicates any competitive activity to management.
- Other duties as assigned.
Experience, Education, Skills, and Knowledge:- 2 years of experience in leadership in a similar environment.
- Ability to lead and motivate others with strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficient knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems used in the repair of our equipment.
- Ability to use Service Advisor, Microsoft Office applications, Modern and other basic computer functions.
- Extensive knowledge of John Deere and competitive equipment as well as technology trends/advancements.
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience required; Associate degree preferred.
