Job Summary:

We are seeking a Banquet Set-up team member to assist in the preparation and execution of banquet events. The ideal candidate will contribute to creating memorable experiences for our guests through efficient and organized set-up.

Responsibilities:

- Set up banquet rooms according to event orders and diagrams
- Arrange tables, chairs, linens, and other decorations as required
- Ensure all necessary equipment is in place and functioning properly
- Assist with food and beverage service as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet areas before, during, and after events
- Collaborate with event coordinators and kitchen staff to meet guest needs

Requirements:

- Experience in guest relations or hospitality is preferred
- Knowledge of food handling, food safety, and food service protocols
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to assist in various tasks as needed during events
- Culinary or food preparation experience is a plus
