Banquet Set-Up is responsible for providing a world class banquet and event experience in the meeting rooms and throughout the resort when warranted. Banquet Set-Up is responsible for setting up, refreshing and sanitizing all meeting rooms. Banquet Set-Up is responsible for creating a clean and organized back of the house. Banquet Set-Up may also be asked to assist in service of the guest including coffee breaks and meals.
