Jet Set Tiki Bar is actively looking for experienced and enthusiastic tiki bartenders.

We are a fun and lively tiki bar and restaurant on the Newburgh Waterfront. We are looking for experienced bartenders who are interested and passionate about mixing drinks in a high-volume location.

About you:

The ideal candidate should be a very outgoing person, who has an exciting personality that can shine while working hard. As a tiki bartender, you should not only be good at mixing drinks but also be able to create a unique, one-of-a-kind experience for our guests.

Our bartenders and front-of-house staff should be able to not only provide great service at a high volume but be able to fully engage in tiki culture and showmanship with our guests at all times.

At Jet Set, we intend to provide a vacation-style atmosphere for our guests which will show directly through our staff. We are a great place to have fun and work hard.

All candidates should have:

• Great attitude and work ethic

• Ability to prepare specialty syrups, juice
• Ability to assist in service
• Attention to detail
• Polished and professional appearance
• Eagerness to learn and grow into other positions
• Availability on weekends and weekdays

Bartender candidates should have:

• Minimum 1 years bartending experience
• Experience using fresh juices and house-made syrups
• Beer and wine knowledge
• Ability to follow a recipe with accuracy
• Be personable with guests and be able to anticipate their needs
• SMILE

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: $10.20 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
