Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of hair and beauty services including hair extensions, eyelash extensions, and hair styling
- Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to clients' needs and preferences
- Offer expert advice on hair care, color theory, and styling techniques
- Maintain a clean and organized work station
- Manage inventory, including ordering and restocking salon products
- Assist with retail sales and promote salon products to clients
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in the industry

Skills:
- Extensive knowledge and experience in hair extensions, eyelash extensions, and hair styling
- Strong understanding of color theory and the ability to create customized color formulations
- Proven track record in retail sales within a salon or beauty environment
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Proficient in retail math calculations for accurate pricing and transactions
- Knowledge of barbering techniques is a plus
