- Utilize salon software to schedule appointments and manage inventory
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in hair extensions and other beauty products
- Mentor and train junior staff members to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner

- Strong knowledge of retail math and ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Proficiency in salon software for appointment scheduling and inventory management
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Demonstrated experience in retail sales, preferably in the beauty industry
- Cosmetology license or relevant certification is preferred but not required
