BARBER JOB SUMMARY:

Our shop is looking for a new barber to join our team. You must have a current license to cut hair. While we focus on mens hairstyles, you should be comfortable using a variety of hair styling techniques for different customers . you must have strong communication and customer service skills. We want all our customers to enjoy being in our barbershop and leave satisfied with their cut so that they become a regular customer.

BARBER JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Greet customers as they arrive 
• Prep clients for their haircut and ask what type of styling will be done 
• Cut and style clients hair to their specifications
• Engage in friendly conversation with clients
• Keep you station , tools, and equipment Clean and sanitized in good conditions
• Provides haircuts and shaves 
• Maintain the safety of all guests and staff by providing a clean and sanitary work environment 
• Dispose of any soiled linens as needed 
• Stock workstation and inform management of necessary inventory needing 
• Provides excellent customer services by completing promptly in the time allotted while maintaining professional and courteous behavior to all guests and staff.
• Overall we are looking for someone who is passionate, creative, and friendly with a great sense of customer service to ensure we build good relations with our client base.

BARBER QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience working in a testing environment preferred but not required 
• You need to be able to communicate in the primary language of the work location 
• Must know both English and Spanish to communicate fluently with clients and staffs
• Minimum must have 2 year experience working at a barbershop
• Must be able to work flexible days and hours 
• Must be kind and and friendly 
• Must have a license or certificate as a barber.
