Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring a positive and comfortable experience
- Perform hair cutting, styling, and grooming services for clients of all ages and hair types
- Offer hair threading and nail care services as requested by clients
- Utilize MINDBODY software to schedule appointments and manage client information
- Mentor and train junior barbers or cosmetology students as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work station, following all sanitation and safety protocols
- Stay up-to-date with current trends and techniques in barbering and cosmetology

Experience:
- Minimum of [X] years of experience as a licensed barber
- Proficiency in a wide range of barbering techniques, including the use of a straight razor
- Knowledge of retail math for selling products to clients
- Experience with eyelash extensions is a plus
- Previous store management experience is preferred

Pay: $22.00 - $43.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 40 per week
