Bartender jobs in Bergenfield, NJ

OISO BBQ is looking for a bartender to join our team. We are seeking individuals who are passionate about authentic Texas style BBQ and are committed to providing exceptional customer service to our patrons.

Salary: $20 - 40 per hour including tips

Responsibilities:

• Greeting guests and taking drink orders
• Crafting cocktails and other alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Providing menu recommendations and answering any questions guests may have
• Maintaining an organized and clean bar area
• Collaborating with kitchen and other restaurant staff to ensure smooth service
• Handling cash and credit card transactions
• Ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience
• Complying with all state and local liquor laws and regulations

Requirements:

• Prior bartending experience in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong customer service skills
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
• Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and wines
