We are currently seeking experienced bartenders to join our team . As a bartender, you will be responsible for crafting and serving a wide variety of beverages while providing exceptional customer service to our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and guest preferences
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking supplies and cleaning glassware
- Interact with guests in a friendly and engaging manner, ensuring their needs are met
- Provide recommendations on drink pairings and offer suggestions based on guest preferences
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for guests
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales
- Collaborate with the kitchen and waitstaff to ensure smooth operation and timely service
- Stay up to date with industry trends and new beverage offerings
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment
- Extensive knowledge of cocktail recipes and bartending techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive guest experience
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
