Bartender jobs in Frankfort, KY

We are seeking to build a small team of skilled and experienced Bartenders for a high-profile client.

As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive and enjoyable experience for the guests. You must become a brand ambassador for the limited alcohol choices served at one location.

You must have a passion for ”storytelling,” and completely envelope the history of the spirits to add to the overall experience of the guests. Must have excellent communication skills. We would love to hear from you.

Duties:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations on drink selections
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate food orders for customers
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns

- Be reliable and available for weekly work

Experience:
- Previous experience as a Bartender is a requirement
- Knowledge of basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Familiarity with food handling guidelines and safety procedures
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with customers in a positive manner
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members

Note: All positions must be paid, including internship positions.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
