Position Opportunities: Bartender, Garden Bar, and Cook

OPEN INTERVIEWS:

Monday - Sunday

The Bartender prepares and responsibly serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in the bar area and through the service bar, to guests in the dining room. Provides food service to guests choosing to dine in the bar area. No experience is required because our training, team culture, and management will set you up to succeed! We offer benefits to part-time as well as full-time employees.

Responsibilities

• 
  Maintain a welcoming and friendly attitude and contribute to a teamwork-based work environment
• Set up bar in compliance with policies, procedures and brand standards as outlined in the bartender playbook.
• Learn the menu to explain options, make recommendations and sell to our Guests
• Present an accurate guest check, accept payment, and quickly complete the transaction
• Serve alcoholic beverages in accordance with the Ruby Tuesday Responsible Serving Statement Policy

Qualifications

• 
  Must be at least 21 years of age. Not 21? Check out our Host, Tue-Go, and Expo positions available to anyone 16 and up. Our Server, and Heart of House positions are available for 18 and up.
• No prior work experience required
• A desire to help where needed and work as part of a team
• High School Diploma or High School equivalency preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, while remaining flexible and efficient
• Ability to operate a computer, calculator, and phone
