Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Bartender/Waiter to join our team for the season. The ideal candidate is someone with a positive attitude, the ability to multitask, and a love for going the extra mile for guests.
Responsibilities:
- Recording guest orders and providing recommendations when asked
- Upselling drinks to maximize profits
- Mixing great quality drinks and serving food to our guests
- Educating customers on our menu concept and ingredients we use
- Providing excellent and timely customer service
- Serve guests responsibly to ensure they are safe
- Stocking the bar inventory when needed
- Communicate with the Events department and or other departments to ensure smooth and efficient customer service
Qualifications:
- 1 years of bartending experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol
- Ability to multitask
- Positive and friendly attitude
- Must be able to stand for 6–8-hour shifts
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
