Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Additionally, Battery Assembler works under immediate supervision.     To work alongside the General Labor/Assembly team at QuikCut. To meet high expectations and standards set by QuikCut.

    Major Responsibilities:
    1. Be able to lift 5 – 90 pounds with help of a magnet on a consistent basis.

    2. Handle and transport materials (steel, aluminum, stainless steel) and equipment (drills and grinders)

    3. Remove pieces of steel from a skeleton and stack, grind and sort them on to a pallet.

    4. Follow a template to cut and install insulation and plywood.

    5. Use power hand tools and machinery (forklift) when necessary.

    a. *Certification required to drive a forklift*

    6. Assist Laser Operators, Press Break Operators or other associates as needed.

    7. Check measurements by using calipers when using an Air Press.

    8. Climb an 8-foot ladder and or install parts underneath a raised platform.

    9. Tape off projects to be painted.

    10. Use a sander to remove paint runs or help prep projects for painting.

    11. Roll paint for quick fixes to marred paint on a project

    Additional Responsibilities:
    12. Follow all instructions from supervisor to perform manual labor.
